Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Jamal Travels is not liable for delays, rejections, or additional costs due to false or incomplete data provided by the client.
All service charges must be paid in full before the processing begins. Air ticket prices and visa fees are subject to change based on market conditions and embassy or airline policies.
Visa processing and recruitment fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted. Air ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to airline policies, and service charges are non-refundable.
While we strive for 100% accuracy and timely service, Jamal Travels is not responsible for decisions made by embassies, consulates, airlines, or foreign employers. Delays or denials are beyond our control.
We maintain strict confidentiality of client data and use it solely for the purposes of service delivery. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
